Irish Heart Pendant Small

This is a very personal collection for me as my family live with a genetic heart condition and have experienced wonderful support from the Irish Heart Foundation. My way to give a little back is to donate a percentage of all sales from this collection to the Irish Heart Foundation. The contemporary pendant combines a textured domed silver disc with a safely sheltered 18 carat gold vermeil heart.
